Ghostbusters and Gigameter are trademarks and copyrighted properties of their
respective owners. This license covers only the original A2ThreeD digital
design files and accompanying documentation.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms below, the purchaser is granted a limited, personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and 3D print these files
for their own personal use. You may make reasonable physical replacement or
backup prints for yourself.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Without prior written permission from Aaron Morris / A2ThreeD, you may not:

  - share, give away, redistribute, upload, post, publish, sublicense, or
    otherwise transfer the digital files, in whole or in part;
  - sell, rent, license, or distribute the digital files;
  - sell, offer for sale, or commercially distribute physical prints made from
    the files;
  - modify, remix, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, derive from, or
    incorporate any part of the files into another digital or physical product;
  - use the files or printed parts for commercial, promotional, or production
    purposes; or
  - remove or alter copyright, attribution, license, or other proprietary
    notices.

3. PERMISSION REQUESTS

Commercial printing, resale, redistribution, remixes, derivative works, and
any use not expressly permitted above require prior written permission from
Aaron Morris / A2ThreeD. Contact A2ThreeD before proceeding.

4. OWNERSHIP

This is a license, not a sale of intellectual-property rights. Aaron Morris /
A2ThreeD retains all right, title, and interest in the files, designs,
documentation, and all associated intellectual property.

5. NO WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The files and documentation are provided "as is," without warranty of any
kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or absence of errors. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, Aaron Morris / A2ThreeD is not liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from
use of, inability to use, or printing of these files. The user is responsible
for safe printer operation, material selection, fitment, installation, and use
of all printed parts.

6. TERMINATION

This license ends automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon
termination, you must stop using the files and destroy all copies in your
possession or control.
